    • My heart was pounding & out of breath – sea level hitting hard

  • DBC - Easy Bouldering V3-V6  (2.5 hours)
    • My heart was still pounding & still out of breath – sea level hitting hard

Current Weight : 159.2 (ideal climbing weight 150)

  • RJ2 - Easy Bouldering V3-V6  (3 hours)
    • My heart was not pounding  as much, but I was still out of breath – sea level still hitting hard

  • DBC - Easy Bouldering V3-V6  (2.5 hours)

  • DBC – Boulder Comp  (3 hours)
    • I climbed super strong for the first hour and all of my top sends happened in the first hour and were all flashes.  I was dead after and could not climb anything during the last two hours.  I had a blast.

8/21 Tuesday
  • DBC - Easy Bouldering V3-V4  (45 minutes) 
  • DBC - Projecting V9
    • Sore from the DBC comp but I am feeling stronger . . .
    • Left hand aches around the joints still from Spain
8/23 Thursday
  • DBC - Easy Bouldering V3-V4  (45 minutes) 
  • DBC - Projecting V9
    • Feeling much stronger . . .
    • Left hand aches around the joints still from Spain
8/24 Friday
  • DBC - Easy Bouldering V3-V6  (2 hours) and projected some V8+ - V9
    • Fingers sore from Thursday focused on moves with pinches and slopers
  • Wooden Block pinches
    • 2 sets of double dyno campus to the top
    • 2 Sets of double dyno campus to the top skipping blocks

Week 5 (8/26/18) Current Weight : 158.0 (ideal climbing weight 150)
8/26 Sunday
  • Pull ups Warmup: 2X - 10 chest pullups
  • Max pullups with 90 pounds (3 sets of 4 pullups & 2 sets of 6 pullups)
    • Left hand aches around the joints still from Spain
8/27 Monday
  • Pull ups Warmup: 2X - 10 chest pullups
  • Max pullups with 90 pounds (2 sets of 6 pullups & 2 sets of 8 pullups)
    • Left hand aches feels good . . . and I feel much stronger
8/28 Tuesday
  • DBC - Easy Bouldering V4-V5  (25 minutes) 
  • DBC - Projecting V9 - Project red-point (H-) - Sent first try out of warm-up
  • DBC - More problems V7 sent 3 problems in on the 1st or 3rd try
  • DBC - More Projecting V9/V10s - tired no tops.
    • Feeling much stronger . . .
8/29 Wednesday
  • Pull ups Warmup: 2X - 10 chest pullups
  • Max pull-ups with 95 pounds (6 pull-ups, 8 pull-ups, 7 pull-ups,  6 pull-ups )
    • I feel much stronger
8/28 Thursday
  • DBC - Easy Bouldering V4-V5  (25 minutes) 
  • DBC -  climbed?  2.5 hours
    • Not feeling 100%
