THURSDAY  4/27:

Warm-up: 1 minute of jumping Jacks and light stretching
-Warm-up climbing: 2X Up 5.12- 

Climbing:  Having Fun on V4s & V5s  -  1 hour 30 minutes

-I was exhausted so I did 4X ups  on the same slabish 12-
